Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked leftover Rice
  • 2 fine chopper garlic pods
  • 2 tbsn butter
  • 1 chilli flakes
  • 2 tbsn chopped green onion
  • 1/4 tspn pepper powder
  • salt

Instructions
 

  • In a pan add butter Once it starts melting add chopped garlic.
  • Roast it until golden then add chilli flakes and chopped green onion.
  • Add rice along with salt and pepper powder and mix everything well.
  • Add a little more green onion and give it a final mix.
