Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Soaked Red Lentil
  • 1 Garlic pod
  • 1 Inch Ginger
  • 2 Coriander Stem
  • 1 tspn Crushed Cumin
  • 1 tspn Chilli Flakes
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Water as needed

Instructions
 

  • In a blender add all the ingredients except cumin and chilli flakes along with some water and blend until smooth.
  • in a bowl add lentil mixture add crushed cumin, chilli flakes ,salt and pepper and mix well.
  • Now in a baking tray lined with parchment paper, spread the mixture evenly. It shouldn’t be too thick spread it thin like a cracker. Also sprinkle black and white sesame on top.
  • In a preheated oven bake it at 350°F for 25 minutes, Remove it and let it cool completely for at least 2–3 hours.

    I haven’t made this recipe yet but I would like to know how long you soak the lentils in water for and is the measurement after the water is drained off. Thanks

      Thank you for your comment. I generally soak overnight. It is more convenient just soak it before you go to bed. I measure lentil before i soak it in water. Please feel free to adjust other spices as per your taste. Thank you

      Hii first of all thankyou so much for watching us❤️and you can store this in air tight container on normal tempature for more than 4 weeks.
