This lentil crispy cracker is super easy to make with just a few basic ingredients. Just follow the measurements, grind, spread, bake and yes!! it’s ready. I really like this recipe because it’s better than store bought snacks simple to make and most importantly you know exactly what you’re eating. The Easiest Lentil Crispy Crackers: Delicious & Healthy Side

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Soaked Red Lentil
- 1 Garlic pod
- 1 Inch Ginger
- 2 Coriander Stem
- 1 tspn Crushed Cumin
- 1 tspn Chilli Flakes
- Salt & Pepper
- Water as needed
Instructions
- In a blender add all the ingredients except cumin and chilli flakes along with some water and blend until smooth.
- in a bowl add lentil mixture add crushed cumin, chilli flakes ,salt and pepper and mix well.
- Now in a baking tray lined with parchment paper, spread the mixture evenly. It shouldn’t be too thick spread it thin like a cracker. Also sprinkle black and white sesame on top.
- In a preheated oven bake it at 350°F for 25 minutes, Remove it and let it cool completely for at least 2–3 hours.
