Spicy Oats Cracker : Low in Carb, High in Taste

Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 2-3 tbsp Flax Seeds
- 1/2 Roasted Bell Pepper
- 1 tbsp Sun dried Tomato
- 1 tspn Cumin Seeds
- 1 tbsp Dry Fenugreek Leaves
- 3 pods Roasted Garlic
- 1 tspn Chilli powder
- 1 tspn Sichuan seasoning
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 120 ml Water
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl add all the ingredients along with water and oil and mix to make a smooth paste.
- Now in a baking tray lined with parchment paper, spread the mixture evenly.
- It shouldn’t be too thick spread it thin like a cracker otherwise, it won’t be crunchy. Sprinkle black and white sesame on top.
- In a preheated oven bake it at 350°F for 30-35 minutes, Remove it and let it cool completely for at least 2–3 hours.
