Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 2-3 tbsp Flax Seeds
  • 1/2 Roasted Bell Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Sun dried Tomato
  • 1 tspn Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Dry Fenugreek Leaves
  • 3 pods Roasted Garlic
  • 1 tspn Chilli powder
  • 1 tspn Sichuan seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 120 ml Water
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl add all the ingredients along with water and oil and mix to make a smooth paste.
  • Now in a baking tray lined with parchment paper, spread the mixture evenly.
  • It shouldn’t be too thick spread it thin like a cracker otherwise, it won’t be crunchy. Sprinkle black and white sesame on top.
  • In a preheated oven bake it at 350°F for 30-35 minutes, Remove it and let it cool completely for at least 2–3 hours.
