Ingredients
- 2 Chicken Thigh with Skin
- 2 tspn Crushed Ginger Garlic
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 3/4 tbsp Vinegar
- 1/2 Chopped White Onion
- 1/2 Chopped Red Onion
- 2 Chopped Green Chilli
- 1 tspn Chilli Flakes
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Mayonannaise
- 1 tbsp Tangy Tamrind Sauce
- 1 tbsp Chopped Green Onion
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl marinate the chicken with ginger garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper, keep it aside for 30 min.
- Heat a pan add butter then add the marinated chicken, Roast it until browned from both sides.
- Once done let the chicken cool down then cut it into small pieces.
- In another bowl add the chicken, onion, green chilli, chilli flakes, lemon juice, black pepper powder, mayonnaise, tamarind sauce and green onion. Mix everything well.
- Spread it evenly and make space in the centre, Let it heat for 1–2 minutes then add the egg in the middle.
- The egg should be runny and yes! it’s ready to serve. Garnish with chopped onion.
- Before taking a bite, mix the egg with chicken. this way every bite gives creamy and even more flavorful.
