Ingredients

  • 1 Leek
  • 3 Pod Garlic
  • 1 Big Potato
  • 1/2 Onion
  • Olive oil
  • Butter
  • 5 Cup Chicken stock
  • Fresh Thyme
  • Fresh Parsley
  • Cooking cream
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions
 

  • Chop one leek, one garlic pod, half a large onion and one potato into small pieces.
  • Heat some olive oil in a pot and cook the chopped garlic until it turns golden.
  • Add the chopped onion, leek, butter and potato, then cook everything until the potato softens.
  • Pour in 5 cups of chicken stock, add your thyme and simmer until the potatoes are completely cooked.
  • Blend the mixture until it becomes completely smooth and then return it to your pot.
  • Stir in salt and black pepper until the flavor is exactly how you like it.
  • Mix in half a cup of cooking cream, top the bowl with chopped parsley and enjoy your meal.
