Why This Is My Favorite
I’ve already shared a few sesame recipes before, but trust me but this one is my absolute favorite! 😄 And I’m not exaggerating. You’ll understand why once you try it yourself. There are so many reasons to fall in love with this recipe. First of all, it has black sesame and for me any recipe with sesame is already a win. Another reason? No sugar. No flour either and the best part these bites are so delicious and fulfilling.
I love having them for breakfast with a strong cup of ginger tea (no sugar of course) For this post I made them in small sizes but usually I make them slightly bigger so they keep me full till lunchtime. Even my husband and daughter love them.

Notes
- Before shaping the bites, apply a little ghee or butter on your hands. This helps prevent sticking and makes it easier to roll the mixture into smooth bites.
- I added maple syrup to help with blending but if you don’t like it, feel free to skip it.
