I Love Stories Because They Connect Better Than Facts
Sometimes I really wonder what I should write about a recipe. Should I explain how the idea came to me or why I am making it? For me, sharing my personal experience and little stories feels more real, because without knowing the recipe and the inspiration, It’s almost impossible to connect with it.
Baked Nuts and Seeds Cracker
About this cracker my reason is very simple , I just love black sesame! I’ve mentioned it before and that love is exactly why I wanted to create this recipe. These days another big part of my cooking journey is thanks to my little monkey” Zoe”. She always comes along for grocery shopping and almost every time she picks her favorites like Broccoli, all kinds of cheese, kiwi, blueberry and of course maple syrup these are on her top priority but recently she discovered miso and different types of nuts butter and because of her choices we also started exploring new tastes.
Use Nuts and Seeds Of Your Choice
This habit of discovering together gave me the thought to make something new with the flavors we both enjoy and that’s how this recipe was born. Black sesame tastes really good in any form and it’s healthy too. When you mix different types of seeds and nuts together, the result is always the same lots of nutrients and energy, nothing negative at all. I didn’t add walnuts because I’m allergic but you can definitely add them if you like, In fact you can use any nuts or seeds you enjoy they will all work beautifully in this recipe.
