Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 cup Oat Flour
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 2 tspn Coconut Sugar
  • 2 tspn Grounded Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl add almond flour, oat flour, and yogurt. Mix everything well and knead the dough until it becomes firm and no longer sticky.
  • If the dough feels sticky add a little more flour either almond or oat whichever you prefer until you get a nice and firm dough.
  • In another bowl mix coconut sugar and cinnamon powder together.
  • Now roll the dough into small balls and coat them well with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  • Bake them at 350°F for 22 minutes, Let them cool completely before enjoying.
  • Serve with your favourite jam or simply enjoy with a cup of tea or coffee.
