Gluten Free Baked Donut Ball

Ingredients
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- 1 cup Oat Flour
- 1/2 cup Yogurt
- 2 tspn Coconut Sugar
- 2 tspn Grounded Cinnamon
Instructions
- In a bowl add almond flour, oat flour, and yogurt. Mix everything well and knead the dough until it becomes firm and no longer sticky.
- If the dough feels sticky add a little more flour either almond or oat whichever you prefer until you get a nice and firm dough.
- In another bowl mix coconut sugar and cinnamon powder together.
- Now roll the dough into small balls and coat them well with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Bake them at 350°F for 22 minutes, Let them cool completely before enjoying.
- Serve with your favourite jam or simply enjoy with a cup of tea or coffee.
