Flatbread Stuffed with Spinach and Potatoes
Turkish Gözleme is a delicious stuffed flatbread that’s soft, crispy, and full of flavuor. It’s one of Turkey’s most loved street foods, often made fresh on a griddle and served hot. You can fill it with anything you like cheese, spinach, potatoes or even spiced meat. It’s quick to prepare, easy to roll and perfect for breakfast, lunch or a light dinner. Every bite is warm, comforting and homemade just like food should be.

Similarity with Famous Indian Aloo Paratha
This recipe reminds me of a very familiar and popular dish called Aloo Paratha. In Aloo Paratha we usually use different spices sometimes even more spices or extra veggies. The classic version of Aloo Paratha doesn’t include vegetables but nowadays things have changed a bit but Still in some places you’ll find the traditional version.

Wheat Flour Twist
Turkish Gözleme is usually made with all-purpose flour but in my recipe I used wheat flour. I feel more comfortable using wheat flour so that’s what I chose. But you can definitely use all-purpose flour too it works perfectly fine for this recipe.
