Diabetic Friendly, Protein Rich Snacks

This almond flour crackers is very easy to make with minimal ingredients like almond flour, salt and bagel seasoning. I added some chili flakes and other spices as per my preference but the basic recipe needs only these three ingredients, If you want to add anything extra according to your taste go for it. It’s a perfect for anytime snack, easy to make, healthy and diabetic-friendly too.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Almond Flour
  • 3 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tspn Bagel Seasoning
  • Chilli Flakes
  • Salt
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl add the flour along with seasoning, chilli flakes and salt, Mix it well.
  • Now add milk and make a soft dough.
  • Apply a little oil so it will not stick to your palm.
  • Now place the dough between parchment paper and roll it thin like a cracker with the help of a rolling pin.
  • Before rolling apply oil on the parchment paper. After rolling remove the upper paper and place it on the baking tray.
  • In a preheated oven bake it at 350°F for 20 minutes, Remove it and let it cool completely for at least 2–3 hours.
