Slow Cooked Curry Noodles

Ingredients
- 350 gm Chicken breast cut in chunks
- 200 gm Noodles
- 1 Onion cut in chunks
- 1 Tomato Puree
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 tbsp Curry Powder
- 1 tspn Roasted Cumin Powder
- 1 tspn Coriander Powder
- 1 tspn Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tspn Turmeric Powder
- 1/4 Cup Green Onion
- 2 Cup Chicken Stock
- 1 Cup Coconut Milk
- Salt & Pepper
- Oil
- Hot Water if Needed
Instructions
- Preheat the cooker for 5 minutes on roasting mode. Once done add oil along with ginger-garlic paste.
- Roast the ginger garlic for a few seconds then add all the dry spices along with salt and pepper.
- Now add tomato purée and let it cook for a few more seconds then add coconut milk.
- Add chicken, onion along with chicken stock and mix well, Cover and cook on high for 3 hours.
- After 3 hours add noodles and green onions, Cover again and cook for 30 minutes.
