Ingredients

  • 350 gm Chicken breast cut in chunks
  • 200 gm Noodles
  • 1 Onion cut in chunks
  • 1 Tomato Puree
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 2 tbsp Curry Powder
  • 1 tspn Roasted Cumin Powder
  • 1 tspn Coriander Powder
  • 1 tspn Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tspn Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Green Onion
  • 2 Cup Chicken Stock
  • 1 Cup Coconut Milk
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Oil
  • Hot Water if Needed

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the cooker for 5 minutes on roasting mode. Once done add oil along with ginger-garlic paste.
  • Roast the ginger garlic for a few seconds then add all the dry spices along with salt and pepper.
  • Now add tomato purée and let it cook for a few more seconds then add coconut milk.
  • Add chicken, onion along with chicken stock and mix well, Cover and cook on high for 3 hours.
  • After 3 hours add noodles and green onions, Cover again and cook for 30 minutes.

  • The gravy thickness is a personal choice so if needed add a little hot water along with the noodles.
