Ingredients
- 1 Cup Semolina
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 5 tbsp Ghee / Butter
- 3 Cup Water
- Pistachio & almond
Instructions
- Heat a generous amount of ghee or butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add semolina to the hot pan and stir constantly for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- In a separate pot add sugar with water and mix them well.
- Add a cinnamon stick and a handful of soaked almonds to the sugar water and heat until it reaches a full boil.
