Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Tapioca Flour
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Cucumber
  • Tomato
  • Avocado
  • Mayonnaise
  • Tamarind Sauce

Instructions
 

  • First sift the tapioca flour using a fine sieve.
  • On Medium low heat spread the flour evenly on a hot pan without using oil.
  • Once the crepe sets add your choice of toppings and fold it.
