Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • 2 tspn Brown sugar
  • 1/4 tspn Vanilla extract
  • 4 tspn Chopped Nuts (Almond/Cashew/Pistachio)
  • 200 ml Milk

Instructions
 

  • Gather your ripe bananas, brown sugar, vanilla extract, nuts, milk and heavy cream.
  • Chop 3/4 peeled banana into small bite-sized pieces on a cutting board.
  • Place the remaining peeled bananas slices into a wide mixing bowl. Mash banana thoroughly using a standard fork.
  • Mix the brown sugar and vanilla extract directly into the mashed bananas.
  • Drop the small chopped banana pieces into the glass.
  • Scoop the sweetened mashed banana mixture into a chilled serving glass or jar.
  • Toast your chopped nuts lightly in a dry pan to bring out their flavour. Sprinkle the toasted nuts over the banana base.
  • Add a quick splash of heavy cream for extra richness.
  • Pour your preferred amount of milk into the glass.
