Avocado Banana Choco chips Bread

Avocado Banana Bread

This chocolate chips avocado banana bread is soft, moist and full of flavour. The creamy avocado makes it extra rich without using butter and the ripe bananas add natural sweetness. Every bite has a surprise of melty chocolate chips so good with a cup of tea or as a snack. It’s healthy, tasty and a perfect way to use ripe bananas.

This avocado banana bread is a perfect blend of healthy fats, potassium and the sweetness of dark chocolate chips. It’s great for breakfast with a cup of black coffee or anytime during the day when you crave something sweet.

Anyone Can Bake This Bread, Its Easy

I love to experiment in the kitchen. Baking isn’t something I’m an expert at but trying new things always teaches me a lot and most of the time (about 90%) the results turn out amazing. I won’t say 100% because sometimes experiments do fail 😅 but this avocado banana bread? It turned out 110/100 I’m seriously so happy with it.

I Love Avocado

Both me and my husband love avocado. Guacamole is everyone’s favourite either on toast, in wraps or just plain. But my personal favourite way is simply sliced avocado with a pinch of salt. To me avocado tastes a bit like cashew, I don’t know if it’s just me or others feel the same. That’s when I thought what if I mix avocado with banana? Cashew and banana go well so why not?

That’s how this idea popped into my head and I started baking. The result? A creamy, sweet and rich banana bread that we absolutely loved. I only added almonds this time but you can add any seeds or nuts you like they’ll boost both the flavour and the nutrition. This recipe is definitely a must-try and once you do I’m sure you’ll bake it again and again.

Let’s make this again and again..
