The ASMR Crunch Factor

You know those viral food videos where the sound alone makes your mouth water? These Green Onion Crackers deliver that exact auditory snap when you break them in half. The 2 mm thin dough guarantees a perfect, shatter-in-your-mouth texture every single time.

Reality Check

Let’s keep things real for a second. Baking gets messy, and you will probably create a mini flour tornado on your counter. I always end up with a dusting of cake flour on my favorite black shirt when I roll out the dough 😜.

Luckily, this recipe only takes 15 minutes for preparation, so you spend way more time eating than cleaning up.
