Why I love this Banana Coffee Cake

For those sudden banana cake cravings I made this and it turned out to be the perfect sweet treat! It’s not overly sweet and there’s just the right amount of flour to keep it light and soft. The best part? The bold flavour of coffee and the creamy richness of peanut butter—they come together beautifully. FAQs

How ripe should the bananas be?

The riper, the better! Overripe bananas with brown spots are perfect because they’re sweeter and mash easily.

Can I skip the coffee?

Yes, if you prefer a plain banana bread, you can skip the coffee. It will still taste great—just less rich and deep in flavor.

Can I add nuts or chocolate chips?

Absolutely! Walnuts, pecans, or chocolate chips make great add-ins for extra texture and taste.

How do I store banana coffee bread?

Store it in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or in the fridge for up to a week.
