Ingredients

  • 1 Chicken Breast
  • 1 Green Onion
  • 1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 2 Egg( for Batter and Cooking)
  • 1/4 tspn Sugar
  • Enoki Mushroom
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Chilli Flakes
  • BBQ seasoning
  • Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • Slice the green onion and finely chop the coriander leaves then keep them aside.
  • Cut the chicken into thin slices so it cooks easily. Marinate with salt, paprika, oil and BBQ seasoning then mix and keep aside.
  • In a bowl, add flour, salt, pepper and egg, then mix to make a thin batter.
  • On a flat skillet over medium low heat melt butter, Once melted pour batter and add enoki mushroom on top.
  • Now layer with green onion, chicken, and chilli flakes then pour the beaten egg on top.
  • Sprinkle BBQ seasoning and coriander leaves then pour melted butter on top.
  • Flip on other side. You can also add a little more seasoning on the other side also if you like.
  • Once both sides are fully cooked, it’s ready to serve hot with your favourite dip or sauce.
