Bright, sweet and nutty, This Mango Sesame Bites are little pieces of tropical happiness you can enjoy anytime. Soft, juicy mango blends beautifully with the gentle crunch of toasted sesame seeds, creating a snack that’s naturally sweet, full of flavor and full of good energy. They’re perfect for when you want something light, healthy and delicious, whether it’s for tea time, a quick pick-me-up or a sweet ending to your meal.

Bake it or skip the oven – still yum
This recipe wasn’t planned at all, It just happened and the result was an endless craving in every bite. I was actually making my Mango Sesame Bites (the one I already posted before) and was shooting for that recipe. While mixing mango puree with toasted sesame seeds, I took a little taste… then another and another 😄 I couldn’t stop. I asked my husband to try it and he also said it was absolutely delicious. That’s how I decided let’s make another recipe, just like that with no cooking or baking.
Pure Mango & Sesame Bliss – Make It Your Way
These bites are so pure just toasted sesame and mango. The rest of the ingredients are totally up to you, If you want you can skip everything else and keep it simple with only sesame and mango. I love adding desiccated coconut because it gives a fresh flavour to every bite but if you don’t like coconut, you can replace it with roasted semolina for a lovely crunch.
Lets make this…
