Ingredients
- 1 cup Sabudana ( Tapioca Pearl) soaked overnight
- 1 Big Potato
- 1/4 cup Peanut
- 2 Green Chilli
- 10-12 Curry Leaves
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 1 tablespoon Coriander Leaves
- Cooking Oil
- salt
Instructions
- Soak sabudana overnight in 1 cup of water.
- In a pan roast peanut for 2-3 minute or till little brown in colour, coarsely grind it.
- Peel potato and cut into small pieces then boil in water.
- Cut green chilli in small pieces if you don’t like spicy just skip it but just want to let you know that in this recipe green chilli will really enhance the whole flavour of sabudana khichdi.
- In a pan add cumin seed once start crackling add curry leaves roast it 1 min add chopped green chilli now add boiled potato and saute for 1-2min.
- Now add soaked sabudana, salt, grinded peanut and chopped coriander leaves mix it all together nicely and cook it for just 1-2 more minute and yes!! now its ready to eat.
