Whether I am serving it to family and friends at a small gathering or just craving something delicious with curry—especially chicken or mutton—it always hits the spot. The best part is how easy it is to make and store. I often freeze a batch and it stays good for 2–3 weeks or even up to a month. It’s perfect for busy days or sudden guests.
