Turmeric Bread With Oats: Gluten Free & Delicious

Ingredients
- 600 gm Yoghurt
- 350 gm Oats
- 3 Eggs
- 5-6 gm Dry Yeast
- 120 gm Mix of Seeds
- 80 gm Mix of Nuts
- 1 tspn Turmeric Powder
- 1 tspn Crushed Cumin Seeds
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Tahini
- 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
- 1/2 tspn Salt
Instructions
- In a bowl beat the eggs along with olive oil, tahini and peanut butter.
- Now add yogurt and mix well then add all the dry ingredients and combine everything thoroughly.
- Add oats along with nuts and seeds, mix everything well but do not overmix.
- Now pour the mixture into a greased bread baking tin and bake at 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes.
