Ingredients

  • 600 gm Yoghurt
  • 350 gm Oats
  • 3 Eggs
  • 5-6 gm Dry Yeast
  • 120 gm Mix of Seeds
  • 80 gm Mix of Nuts
  • 1 tspn Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tspn Crushed Cumin Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Tahini
  • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 tspn Salt

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl beat the eggs along with olive oil, tahini and peanut butter.
  • Now add yogurt and mix well then add all the dry ingredients and combine everything thoroughly.
  • Add oats along with nuts and seeds, mix everything well but do not overmix.
  • Use Nuts and Seeds of your choice.
  • Now pour the mixture into a greased bread baking tin and bake at 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes.
