Instructions
- In a pan place a handful of mozzarella cheese.
- Crack 2 eggs over the mozzarella cheese.
- Add tomato slices on top of the eggs.
- Cover the pan and cook for 1 minute or until the eggs are done.
- Now season with salt, pepper, and basil leaves.
