Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 3 teaspoon Pesto (1 teaspoon for rice)
- 2 tablespoon Feta Cheese( as per needed)
- 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
- Salt and Pepper (as per needed)
- 1/2 cup Cooked rice
Instructions
- Place the feta cheese in a pan and spread it around. Make a small space in the middle then add the pesto on top of the feta.
- Pour the egg into the centre and sprinkle chilli flakes and black pepper on top.
- Now cover the pan and cook for 1-2 minute or until the egg is set and the feta cheese is crispy on the bottom.
- When the egg is ready, place it on a plate.
- Now, In the same pan, add the cooked rice and pesto and mix them well.
- Now, in a plate place the egg on top of the rice, and it’s ready to eat. You can enjoy it with any type of bread or pasta, as you like.
