Raisin Pistachio Omelette (Video)

Ingredients
- 4 eggs- separated
- 1/4 cup Raisin
- 1/4 cup Pistachio
- 1/4 cup Hot water
- 2 Teaspoon Cornstarch
- 1 Teaspoon Powder sugar
- Salt as per taste
Instructions
- Separate the white and yolk of 4 eggs.
- Whisk the egg whites until they become thick and form stiff peaks.
- Whisk the egg yolks in a separate bowl, then add cornstarch, water, and salt. Stir in raisins and pistachios, and gently fold this mixture into the beaten egg whites, using a light hand.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C)
- Heat an oven-safe frying pan or skillet on medium heat and add cooking oil. Pour in the egg mixture and cook until it’s light brown, occasionally lifting the edges to let the uncooked part touch the surface and cook evenly.
- Once bottom is little brown place it in the oven until egg is fully set for 10 min. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
