Ingredients

  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 4 Slice of Bacon- cooked, crispy and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 teaspoon chopped coriander/chives
  • 1/8 teaspoon grated nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Put eggs in mixing bowl add salt and pepper mix it well.
  • Add flour, milk , crumbled bacon, coriander leaves and nutmeg mix it nicely like crepe batter, There should not be any lumps.
  • Over medium heat melt 1 teaspoon of butter. Pour 2-3 ladle of egg mixture, when slightly browned on the bottom flip the omelet and brown the other side.
  • Roll it if you want or else you can eat it like crepe omelet.
  • During rolling if its hot to touch use paper towel to help in rolling , slice the omelet into section.
  • Serve warm.
  • Enjoy😋
