Ingredients

  • 2 2 Eggs

  • Handful of Mozzarella Cheese

  • 3 3 Sliced Tomato

  • Basil leaves

  • Salt and Pepper

Directions

  • In a pan place a handful of mozzarella cheese.layer mozzarella cheese
  • Crack 2 eggs over the mozzarella cheese.crack 2 eggs
  • Add tomato slices on top of the eggs.layer tomato
  • Cover the pan and cook for 1 minute or until the eggs are done.cover and cook
  • Now season with salt, pepper, and basil leaves.add basil
  • Fold the omelette and flip it to the other side for a few seconds.fold omelette
