Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • Handful of Mozzarella Cheese
  • 3 Sliced Tomato
  • Basil leaves
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a pan place a handful of mozzarella cheese.
  • Crack 2 eggs over the mozzarella cheese.
  • Add tomato slices on top of the eggs.
  • Cover the pan and cook for 1 minute or until the eggs are done.
  • Now season with salt, pepper, and basil leaves.
  • Fold the omelette and flip it to the other side for a few seconds.
