Ingredients

  • 6-7 Big Size potato
  • 5-6 Garlic cloves
  • 1-2 Tablespoon Parsley
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 3 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Paprika
  • Salt
  • Breadcrumbs

Instructions
 

  • First peel the potatoes. Then cut them into big pieces and place them in water.
  • Boil potatoes in salted water for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • In the meantime, finely chop the garlic and parsley.
  • In a bowl add the finely chopped garlic and parsley along with oil, vinegar, and paprika. Mix everything together well.
  • Mix boiled potatoes with the garlic-parsley mixture and arrange them in a pan lined with baking paper, making sure to place them in a single layer.
  • Sprinkle a little breadcrumbs on top and Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 45 minutes.
