How To Make Lemon Tea

Lemon tea, made with tea, sugar, and black salt, is a flavorful drink that combines the tanginess of lemon with the rich taste of brewed tea. The sugar adds sweetness, while black salt adds a slight savory twist, creating a unique balance of flavors. Refreshing and soothing, it’s often enjoyed for its energizing and digestive benefits.

When I want a light drink or don’t feel like having milk tea, I prefer this tea. In winter, I like to add two crushed black peppercorns to keep me cozy and warm. The key to perfect lemon tea is using just the right amount of black tea—too much can make it strong and bitter.

Ingredients

  • 2 cup Water
  • 2 pinch Black Tea( i added little more than pinch)
  • 3 tsp Sugar ( as per taste)
  • Lime Juice ( as per taste)
  • Pinch of Black ( If don’t like just skip it)

Instructions
 

  • In a pan add 2 cup of water.
  • When it starts boiling add pinch of Black tea and Sugar.
  • Let it boil just 2 min or until change the colour that’s it now switch of the flame and add Freshly Lemon Juice.
  • Adjust the taste of sugar and lemon juice.
  • Now its ready to drink add pinch of black salt in teacup and strain the tea.
  • Enjoy😋
