Lahore deli's tea with biscuits

Delicious Tea

This recipe is inspired by the chai from Lahore Deli in New York City, this tea is simple yet packed with flavour. Using only cardamom and fennel seeds, it has a unique and refreshing taste that reflects the essence of traditional chai. The cardamom adds a warm, aromatic note, while fennel seeds bring a mild sweetness. It’s typically served with milk and sweetened to your liking, creating a creamy and comforting drink.
