For me, I can’t imagine starting my day without a cup of Ginger Tea. It’s the first thing that comes to mind every morning when I wake up. Tea gives me a strong kick to begin the day feeling fresh and, of course, with a happy mind. It’s the perfect way to start things off right!!

My Morning Ginger Tea: A Refreshing Start to Every Day

Ingredients
- 2 cup Water
- 2 cup Milk
- 2 tsp Indian Black Tea ( Manage the quantity to make Tea taste lighter or stronger)
- 2 tsp Sugar( Manage as per taste)
- 1 Thumb size strong Ginger
- 5-7 Cardamom( If don't like just skip it)
Instructions
- Take 2 cup of water in a vessel and turn on heat.
- Crush ginger and add it to water.
- Add Indian black tea and let it Boil for 2 minutes.
- Now add 2 cup of Milk.
- Now add sugar and also add crushed cardamom.
- Now on Medium heat let it boil until it reduce to half for about 7-10 minutes.
- Strain Tea in Cup and and Enjoy 😋
