Masala Tea(Chai)

Ingredients
- Thumb size Ginger
- 2 Green Cardamom
- 2 Clove
- 5-6 Black Pepper Corn
- 1 Teaspoon Fennel Seeds
- Cinnamon Stick
- 2 Cup Water
- 2 Cup Milk
- 2 Teaspoon Black Tea (Indian)
- 2 Teaspoon Sugar
- Pinch Nutmeg
Instructions
- In a mortar pestle put ginger, green cardamom, cloves, black peppercorns, fennel seeds and crush everything together nicely.
- Now in a saucepan add 2 cups of water along with the crushed spices and let it boil for 5 mins.
- Now add 2 teaspoons of Indian black tea leaves, 2 teaspoons of sugar, and 2 cups of milk. Let it boil for 5-10 minutes or until it reduces by half. Add a pinch of nutmeg powder and stir occasionally.
