Ingredients

  • 1 cup Boiled Potato
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 2 Egg yolk n white separated
  • 2 tablespoon Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Chives
  • 1/2 Lime Juice

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl mash the potato well now add 1 tablespoon of butter, salt, and pepper and mix everything together.
  • In another bowl add egg yolk and milk and mix it well.
  • Now add this mixture to the potato along with lime juice and chives and combine everything well.
  • In a bowl add egg whites and use a blender to whip them until they become fluffy.
  • Now add the fluffy egg whites to the potato mixture and combine everything together.
  • In a pan over medium-low heat add butter then add the potato and egg mixture and spread it evenly.
  • Once the bottom is set place it under the broiler on low heat and cook until golden brown.
