Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thigh with skin
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 2 slice garlic pod
  • 1 tspn chicken broth powder
  • 1 tspn pepper powder
  • 1 tbsn all purpose flour
  • 2 tbsn butter
  • salt
  • water

Instructions
 

  • In a pot add butter Once it starts melting add sliced garlic and let it cook for a min.
  • Now add sliced onion and cook until it turns soft.
  • Now add chicken thighs and cook with the onion for 2-3 minutes or until the colour changes.
  • Add water to the pot along with chicken broth powder, salt and pepper, Mix well.
  • Now cover the pot and let it cook until the water reduces to half and the chicken is almost done.
  • In a bowl mix flour with water to make a slurry then add it to the pot.
  • Mix it well and let it simmer until it reaches your desired consistency.
