Ingredients
- 4 chicken thigh with skin
- 1 sliced onion
- 2 slice garlic pod
- 1 tspn chicken broth powder
- 1 tspn pepper powder
- 1 tbsn all purpose flour
- 2 tbsn butter
- salt
- water
Instructions
- In a pot add butter Once it starts melting add sliced garlic and let it cook for a min.
- Now add sliced onion and cook until it turns soft.
- Now add chicken thighs and cook with the onion for 2-3 minutes or until the colour changes.
- Add water to the pot along with chicken broth powder, salt and pepper, Mix well.
- Now cover the pot and let it cook until the water reduces to half and the chicken is almost done.
- In a bowl mix flour with water to make a slurry then add it to the pot.
- Mix it well and let it simmer until it reaches your desired consistency.
