How to Make the Perfect Enoki Mushroom Omelette

Ingredients
- 150 gm Enoki Mushroom
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Chopped Green Chilli
- 1/4 tspn Chili Flakes
- Salt & Pepper
- Coriander Leaves
- Olive Oil
Instructions
- Start by cutting the enoki mushrooms into smaller pieces and place them in a bowl of water.
- Now remove the enoki mushrooms from the water and gently pat them dry using a kitchen towel.
- Now in a bowl, beat the eggs with salt and pepper until they become frothy.
- Heat a pan and add some oil add enoki mushroom along with salt, pepper and chilli flakes.
- Now Pour in the egg mixture add green chilli, cover and let the bottom set.
- Once the bottom is set flip it and cook the other side as well, Your dish is ready to serve.
