Ingredients

  • 150 gm Enoki Mushroom
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Chopped Green Chilli
  • 1/4 tspn Chili Flakes
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • Start by cutting the enoki mushrooms into smaller pieces and place them in a bowl of water.
  • Now remove the enoki mushrooms from the water and gently pat them dry using a kitchen towel.
  • Now in a bowl, beat the eggs with salt and pepper until they become frothy.
  • Heat a pan and add some oil add enoki mushroom along with salt, pepper and chilli flakes.
  • Now Pour in the egg mixture add green chilli, cover and let the bottom set.
  • Once the bottom is set flip it and cook the other side as well, Your dish is ready to serve.
