For me, I can’t imagine starting my day without a cup of Ginger Tea. It’s the first thing that comes to mind every morning when I wake up. Tea gives me a strong kick to begin the day feeling fresh and, of course, with a happy mind. It’s the perfect way to start things off right!!

Ingredients

  • 2 cup Water
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 2 tsp Indian Black Tea ( Manage the quantity to make Tea taste lighter or stronger)
  • 2 tsp Sugar( Manage as per taste)
  • 1 Thumb size strong Ginger
  • 5-7 Cardamom( If don't like just skip it)

Instructions
 

  • Take 2 cup of water in a vessel and turn on heat.
  • Crush ginger and add it to water.
  • Add Indian black tea and let it Boil for 2 minutes.
  • Now add 2 cup of Milk.
  • Now add sugar and also add crushed cardamom.
  • Now on Medium heat let it boil until it reduce to half for about 7-10 minutes.
  • Strain Tea in Cup and and Enjoy 😋

Notes

  • Tea taste is really depends on Ginger like which type of ginger use in Tea. I use Jamaican Ginger that gives strong flavor.
