If you grew up in an Indian household in the 90s or early 2000s? You probably remember “Bread Pizza” as the ultimate after-school surprise. Our moms took regular white bread, slathered it with sweet ketchup, and topped it with Amul cheese. They threw whatever leftover veggies they found in the fridge on top and toasted it on a tawa.

Crispy Bread Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 white bread
- 150 gram cube size paneer
- 1 cube size onion
- 1 cube size green bell pepper
- 50 ml tomato sauce
- 20 ml chilli sauce
- 20 ml basil garlic sauce
- BBQ seasoning
- 100 gram handful of mozzarella cheese
- 1 chopped red bell pepper
- dry parsley
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Take bread slice and spread the sauces on it, one by one.
- Now evenly arrange the paneer, green bell pepper and onion on bread slice.
- Now sprinkle salt, pepper and BBQ seasoning on top.
- Now cover the top with mozzarella cheese and sprinkle some red bell pepper and dried parsley.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 450°F (230°C) for 10 minutes.
- Enjoy your freshly made 10-minute pizza😋
