Delicious Buttery Oats Crackers – Sweet and Crunchy

Ingredients
- 65 gm Oats Flour
- 60 ml Peanut Butter
- 60 ml Almond Butter
- 1/2 tspn Chai Spice
- 120 ml Maple Syrup
- Pinch of Salt
- Roasted Sesame & Sliced Almond
Instructions
- In a bowl add all the ingredients except sesame seeds and sliced almonds, mix well until it forms a sticky batter.
- In a baking tray lined with parchment paper pour the batter and spread it out evenly.
- It should not be too thin or too thick for a crunchy cracker, I kept mine about 3 mm thick.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes, once done cool completely for about 2-3 hours before breaking it into pieces.
