Green Omelette
This green omelette made with spinach, broccoli and eggs is the perfect way to start your day. The bright green colour makes it look fresh and inviting, While the mix of veggies adds a boost of vitamins, fiber and energy.

Small Egg Fry Pan – for fluffy thick omelette

Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Blanched Spinach
- 2-3 Blanched Broccoli Florets
- 1 pod Garlic
- 1 Green Chilli
- Coriander leaves
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl beat the eggs with salt and pepper.
- In a blender add spinach, broccoli, garlic, green chilli and coriander leaves and make a smooth paste.
- Now mix the spinach paste with the egg mixture and combine them well.
- In a pan add olive oil and pour in the green egg mixture.
- Once the bottom is set, fold the omelette in half and shape it like a moon.
- Flip it and cook it on both sides, now its ready.
