Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Thin slice Garlic
  • 2-3 tablespoon Chopped Green Onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chilli Flakes
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • Put eggs in a bowl add salt and pepper and beat it well.
  • In a pan add Olive Oil, Sliced Garlic, Paprika and Chopped Green Onion and cook for a minute.
  • Now pour the eggs into the pan cover and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Once the bottom is set flip it to the other side and cook until done.
  • Now add Green Onion and Chilli Flakes on one side of the omelette then fold it.
