Make Every Paratha Different, Just the Way You Love
In my family we love eating parathas and like most Indians, It really doesn’t matter what’s inside, Whether it’s potato, cauliflower, paneer, radish, mixed veggies or cheese, Parathas are always welcome.
This time I tried something new Halloumi Paratha and honestly, It was a big hit. I made it for the first time but I already know I’ll be making it again and again. It’s quite similar to paneer paratha but the texture is firmer and slightly chewy, not as soft as paneer. You can even use tofu instead of halloumi if you prefer. Paratha is that one dish you can enjoy anytime – breakfast, lunch, dinner or just as a snack with a hot cup of tea, Simple filling and full of flavor.
