Ingredients

  • 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1 pod Garlic
  • 1 tspn Chili Flakes
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Olive Oil
  • Water
  • Handful Coriander Leaves

Instructions
 

  • Start with finely chop coriander leaves and grate zucchini along with garlic.
  • In a bowl add grated zucchini, garlic, chilli flakes, salt and pepper and mix well.
  • In a bowl, add flour with salt and water and whisk to make a thin, pourable mixture.
  • Now add the zucchini mixture to the flour batter and combine well, the paratha batter is now ready.
  • Heat a pan and brush it with oil, Pour the batter and spread it to form a thin paratha.
  • Once the bottom is set flip the paratha and cook it on the other side as well.
