No Dough Zucchini Paratha
Ingredients
- 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 pod Garlic
- 1 tspn Chili Flakes
- Salt & Pepper
- Olive Oil
- Water
- Handful Coriander Leaves
Instructions
- Start with finely chop coriander leaves and grate zucchini along with garlic.
- In a bowl add grated zucchini, garlic, chilli flakes, salt and pepper and mix well.
- In a bowl, add flour with salt and water and whisk to make a thin, pourable mixture.
- Now add the zucchini mixture to the flour batter and combine well, the paratha batter is now ready.
- Heat a pan and brush it with oil, Pour the batter and spread it to form a thin paratha.
- Once the bottom is set flip the paratha and cook it on the other side as well.
