Delicious Fusion Of Omelette And Pizza

Turn your breakfast into a treat with this Pizza Omelette – fluffy eggs mixed with milk, loaded with your favourite pizza toppings and topped with gooey mozzarella cheese. A little salt and pepper bring all the flavours together making every bite taste like pizza but in a lighter healthier way.

You can make it vegetarian with toppings like bell peppers, onions, mushrooms or olives. For a non-vegetarian version add chicken, pepperoni or sausage. For a vegan twist use a plant-based egg substitute vegan cheese and your choice of veggies. Packed with protein from the eggs and calcium from the cheese, This omelette keeps you full and energized. It’s a fun, flavourful breakfast that makes mornings exciting and puts a big smile on your face.

If someone asked “Who doesn’t like pizza?” I’d happily raise my hand 😄. Maybe there are a few others like me out there but I’m definitely one of them.

Pizza may have come from Italy but now the whole world is crazy about it and honestly why not? After just one bite most people are hooked But I grew up in a small town called Ghatotand and even today I don’t think there’s a single pizza shop there.

This Pizza Style Omelette Is My Family’s Favourite

As a child the only thing I loved eating from outside was ice cream 😄. I think till my graduation, I was scared to try noodles or pasta so pizza was a very big deal for me. Another reason? I’m intolerant to most milk products and cheese but not Ice Cream 😄😄😄.

But life is funny I married a man who is mad about cheese and milk products and now our daughter loves cheese just as much, Whenever I cook anything with cheese for my channel there’s always one very happy face in the house 😄.

So for all the pizza lovers out there I’m sure you’ll enjoy my Pizza Omelette recipe. I’m not asking for much just cook it once for yourself and let me know how it turns out.

Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 2 tbsp Pizza Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mozarella Cheese
  • Roasted Mushroom
  • Bell Pepper
  • Tomato
  • Oil
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl beat the eggs with milk, salt and pepper until light and frothy.
  • Now in a pan over medium-low heat add oil and pour in the egg mixture.
  • Cover and cook until the bottom is set.
  • Add pizza sauce on top then add all the toppings and mozzarella cheese.
  • Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese melts and yes! It’s ready.
