If someone asked “Who doesn’t like pizza?” I’d happily raise my hand 😄. Maybe there are a few others like me out there but I’m definitely one of them.
Pizza may have come from Italy but now the whole world is crazy about it and honestly why not? After just one bite most people are hooked But I grew up in a small town called Ghatotand and even today I don’t think there’s a single pizza shop there.
This Pizza Style Omelette Is My Family’s Favourite
As a child the only thing I loved eating from outside was ice cream 😄. I think till my graduation, I was scared to try noodles or pasta so pizza was a very big deal for me. Another reason? I’m intolerant to most milk products and cheese but not Ice Cream 😄😄😄.
But life is funny I married a man who is mad about cheese and milk products and now our daughter loves cheese just as much, Whenever I cook anything with cheese for my channel there’s always one very happy face in the house 😄.

Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 2 tbsp Pizza Sauce
- 1/2 cup Mozarella Cheese
- Roasted Mushroom
- Bell Pepper
- Tomato
- Oil
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl beat the eggs with milk, salt and pepper until light and frothy.
- Now in a pan over medium-low heat add oil and pour in the egg mixture.
- Cover and cook until the bottom is set.
- Add pizza sauce on top then add all the toppings and mozzarella cheese.
- Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the cheese melts and yes! It’s ready.
