Ingredients
- 3 Large Eggs
- 4 Slice of Bacon- cooked, crispy and crumbled
- 2 tablespoon Flour
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 2 teaspoon chopped coriander/chives
- 1/8 teaspoon grated nutmeg
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Put eggs in mixing bowl add salt and pepper mix it well.
- Add flour, milk , crumbled bacon, coriander leaves and nutmeg mix it nicely like crepe batter, There should not be any lumps.
- Over medium heat melt 1 teaspoon of butter. Pour 2-3 ladle of egg mixture, when slightly browned on the bottom flip the omelet and brown the other side.
- Roll it if you want or else you can eat it like crepe omelet.
- During rolling if its hot to touch use paper towel to help in rolling , slice the omelet into section.
- Serve warm.
