Ingredients

  • 3 potatoes roughly cut
  • 1/2 onion roughly cut
  • 4 pods garlic
  • 2 jalapeno roughly cut
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1/4 cup warm milk
  • coriander leaves
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a baking dish add potatoes, onions, jalapeños and garlic pods, Drizzle olive oil and mix everything well.
  • Bake it at 450°F for 5 minutes then broil on high for another 5 minutes.
  • Once cooled blend the mixture well with vegetable stock, milk, coriander leaves, salt and pepper.
  • Garnish with chilli flakes and it’s ready to serve!
