Ingredients
For Stuffing
- 2 Boiled Potato
- 1/2 Green Bell pepper Chopped
- 1/4 Onion Chopped
- 1/2 Carrot Grated
- 2-3 Pod Garlic Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Corn
- Handfull of Coriander Leaves
- Cheddar cheese(As per choice)
- 1/4 Teaspoon Sugar
- Salt and Black Pepper
For Batter: 2 Slice of Bread, 2 Eggs, 100 ml of Milk, Cinnamon and Salt.
- 2 Slice of Bread
- 2 Eggs
- 100 ml Milk
- Salt
- Pinch of Cinnamon
Instructions
- In a pan over medium heat add oil and chopped garlic when the garlic turns slightly golden add the onion and a pinch of sugar and cook for a minute.
- Now, add chopped bell pepper, chopped carrot, corn, chopped coriander leaves, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together and cook for a min.
- Now in a bowl mash the boiled potato and mix it with the prepared vegetable mixture.
- Now mix egg, sugar, cinnamon, salt and pepper to make a batter.
- Now cut the edges off the bread spread the potato mixture, add a slice of cheese, and cover with another piece of bread.
- Now dip the prepared bread into the egg mixture for 2-3 minutes or until the bread soaks up the batter well.
- Now in a pan add a little butter and place the soaked bread, Cook it on both sides until it turns beautifully golden.
- Now it’s ready to eat! Enjoy with your favourite sides or dip.
